Delete your Hifz account
How to ask
- Email support@zahab.app from the email address you use to sign in to The Hifz App.
- Use the subject “Delete my Hifz account”. You don’t need to give a reason.
- We delete your account and write back to confirm, within 30 days and usually much sooner.
If you can’t email from that address, write from another one and tell us the account’s email; we will ask you to confirm the account is yours before deleting it.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address and password.
- All your progress: lessons, revisions, streaks, levels and test results.
What is kept
Nothing. Recitation audio is never saved in the first place. Copies in our routine backups are overwritten within 30 days of deletion.
